I think delicious is the one "thing" teachers would enjoy using the most, if only they knew about it! I think it's a great place to start searching, even before Google, because you get a sense of how many other people like a website well enough to bookmark it. Plus it helps you find the other teachers that are out there.
I heard about delicious from a co-worker near the begining of the year yet it seemed like too much work for what it was worth. I'm sorry now that I didn't try it out sooner because it really is cool.
